Now mash the pulp of a very ripe mango or use canned mango pieces. Cut the strawberries and boil them on a saucepan till they become a little soft and mushy. Serve the pancakes hot with the mango sauce and strawberries on the side.
Since I didn't add much sugar to the pancakes , the fruity sweetness was welcome. The whole meal was just so delicious and nutritious. I didn't add the pancake recipe because there are very many floating on the internet anyway. Just half the sugar in your favourite recipe and pair it with the sweet mangoes and strawberries.
