Egg boat!

Ever wondered what to do with a super sized baguette? This would be a good recipe for that.

Ingredients - 
Baguette bread
1/2 cup milk
Eggs - 3-5
Toppings - I used peppers and onions and thyme and cheese.
Salt and pepper

Method - 

Make a v cut on top of the bread and tear out the middle of the bread.

Whisk together milk , eggs and toppings  with the bread you removed. 

Pour this in the bread and bake in a preheated oven at 400F for 30 mts.

I fried the onions and peppers together for sometime because I hate their partially cooked taste. I also would have preferred a more moist bread. Maybe let the bread soak in the mixture for some time and then bake it.

As promised - its only 3 steps. You would get  a workout tearing out the bread because, man, its tough. But otherwise its a fun and easy dinner. I also made a gravy, so we dunked this in the gravy and that multiplied the flavour and increased the moisture. You could try that too if you find it too dry. Let me know if you like it.
