Butter-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies!

You remember how I swore off baking because of the amounts of butter involved? Well, people convinced me, I don't have to be so drastic about it. There are ways to compromise. So here is one such recipe that doesn't even feel like much of a compromise - Butter-free chocolate chip cookies.

I followed this recipe which essentially replaces butter with oil. I didn't use much oil though and they still came out delicious. The recipe calls for you to shape them with your hand but we used cookie cutters. It would be awesome to cut them into heart shapes for Valentine's day.

It was a simple recipe with very few steps and ingredients most of us have at home at all times. Try it out and let me know how they turned out!
